At our school, we believe every child is called to be a leader — to serve others, make a difference, and live out the Gospel values in daily life and put Catholic Social Teaching into action. Pupil leadership gives our children the opportunity to put their faith into action, using their gifts to build a caring, respectful, and vibrant school community rooted in Christ’s love.

Through a variety of leadership roles, our pupils learn to lead with compassion, integrity, and responsibility. Each team plays a special part in nurturing our school’s Catholic life and helping others to grow in faith and friendship.

Their contributions also enable them to develop Our Lady Queen of Martyrs’ characteristics, enabling them to become leaders, powerful orators, advocates, Gospel activists, inquisitive learners, creative problem solvers and inclusive team builders.

Together, our pupil leaders help our school to live out its mission every day: to love one another as Jesus loves us.
