Please ensure that you have contacted the School Office by telephone (01904 806093) and chosen option 1 to leave a message stating the name of your child, the Class they are in, the reason for their absence and how long you expect them to be absent for. Please note “unwell” is not an acceptable reason, we need to know the reason eg upset stomach etc. This must be left before the start of the school day, as a child’s absence will be recorded as unauthorised if no reason is received.

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL THE SCHOOL OFFICE TO REPORT AN ABSENCE.

Your child’s absence needs to be reported on a daily basis, until their return to school.

Can we take the opportunity to remind parents that if your child has sickness and/or diarrhoea then they should not return to School until 48 hours after their last bout of sickness and/or diarrhoea.
